When you use it, it may access: Jira projects (to list and select one), project users (names, account IDs, email addresses) for selecting notification recipients, issue data and issue types, and it may add comments with @mentions on issues. This data is used only when an authorized user (e.g. project admin) uses the app, for sending the requested notifications. All processing runs on Atlassian's infrastructure; we do not send your Jira data to our servers or to third parties.
Usage Data: Information about how you access and use our website and applications, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and Application usage patterns.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our website and store certain information.

All data processing occurs within your Jira instance, and no data is transmitted to or stored on Mobiversal's infrastructure. Data is processed for the purpose of generating reports and is not retained after your session ends.

Team Alerts Data: The Team Alerts application runs on Atlassian's infrastructure (Forge). We do not store copies of your Jira data. Any processing is done in-memory during use of the app. Atlassian's own data retention and privacy policies apply to data held in Jira.

General Data Retention: We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Account and subscription information related to the Estimation Tracker and Team Alerts applications may be retained as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for business and legal purposes.
