About the app
A native mobile app (iOS + Android) for a Romanian political party, developed to manage the organization's relationship with its members and supporters: self-service onboarding, OTP validation, dues payment, multi-tier segmented communication (local/county/national), news and events feed.

Fragmented processes: Excel lists, mass communication through email/SMS, manual dues, manual status validations.

The diagnosis: the main need is the end-user mobile app (onboarding, payments, communication). The backend (databases, internal system integrations) was already in development by another team.

- Supporter onboarding with 4-digit OTP SMS validation
- Authentication via email/phone + password or OTP login code, optional 2FA
- Become a member - complete flow with document upload, ID/selfie photo, status in profile
- Dues payment - Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay/transfer, configurable periodicity, history, PDF receipts, due-date reminder
- Donations - all categories, automatic generation of a donation contract + donor sheet
- Official news feed with tags, social share
- Events with calendar, registration, QR check-in, maps
- Segmented push notifications multi-tier (local/county/national)
- Internal surveys and consultations
- GDPR self-service - data download, rectification, account deletion
- Security - OTP rate-limit, onboarding CAPTCHA, brute-force protection
