Bonapp.eco was launched as a response to the growing food waste crisis plaguing developed countries in the modern era. With a mission to tackle this issue through technology, Bonapp.eco contracted Mobiversal to create the first version of their mobile application. The collaboration began with a series of product definition and strategy workshops, laying the groundwork for an app that could effectively address food waste while educating users about sustainability.
The Mobiversal Approach
Mobiversal designed and developed a mobile application for iOS and Android that caters to sustainability enthusiasts while also serving as an educational platform for reducing food waste. Through close collaboration with the Bonapp.eco team, we launched the app’s first version, which became the foundation for the current success of the largest food waste reduction application in Romania. The app’s intuitive design and user-focused approach make it a significant tool in promoting eco-friendly habits and supporting sustainability at scale.
