Office Assistant
Location: In-house, Oradea
Job description
The ideal candidate:
- Fluent English (min. B2)
- Driving Licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and positive attitude; people and numbers person
- Good PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs)
- Good ability for time management; and capability to prioritize tasks, and problems
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
What you’ll do:
- Maintaining and managing the documents involved in the smooth running of the whole company (commercial contracts, CAS, organization of the procedure for occupational health and safety)
- Primary accounting tasks (invoices/payments, internal balance of receipts and income, invoices)
- Centralizing and placing orders for the products needed for the company’s activities
