Office Assistant

Location: In-house, Oradea

Job description

The ideal candidate:

  • Fluent English (min. B2)
  • Driving Licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive attitude; people and numbers person
  • Good PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs)
  • Good ability for time management; and capability to prioritize tasks, and problems
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage

 

What you’ll do:

  • Maintaining and managing the documents involved in the smooth running of the whole company (commercial contracts, CAS, organization of the procedure for occupational health and safety)
  • Primary accounting tasks (invoices/payments, internal balance of receipts and income, invoices)
  • Centralizing and placing orders for the products needed for the company’s activities
